Cosmopolitan – Las Vegas Hotel

Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

The Cosmopolitan is the seventh-most-expensive building in the world by total construction cost (3.90 billion US$). The top 10 most expensive buildings are: Abraj Al Bait (Mixed), Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant Unit 3, Berlin Brandenburg Airport, Marina Bay Sands (Resort), Apple Park, Resorts World Sentosa, The Cosmopolitan, One World Trade Center, Emirates Palace (Hotel), Palace of the Parliament.

As part of an agreement, the Cosmopolitan will participate in the Marriott Rewards guest loyalty program and be listed on Marriott’s Ritz-Carlton website as a partner hotel. The Cosmopolitan is the first Las Vegas property and the only casino resort to join the group.

Unlike the many nongaming hotels across the country that are going smoke-free, Las Vegas hotels generally allow people to smoke in designated guest rooms. Cosmopolitan guests may only smoke outside their rooms on terraces.
